We collect the information you provide when creating an account (email address, name), URLs you submit for analysis, prompts you generate and save, and usage data to improve the service. We also collect technical information like IP addresses, browser type, and device identifiers for security and analytics purposes.

2. How we use your data

We use your data to provide the PromptMind service, personalise your experience (especially with the persona feature), process payments, send transactional emails, and improve our AI models. We do not sell your personal data to third parties. Scraped URL content is processed transiently and not retained beyond what is needed for analysis.

3. Third-party services

We use the following third-party services: Supabase (database and authentication), Anthropic (AI processing), FireCrawl (web scraping), Stripe (payments), Resend (email delivery), PostHog (analytics), and Sentry (error tracking). Each has its own privacy policy governing data they handle.

4. Data retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Scraped content is retained for 30 days to support re-analysis. You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from Settings.

5. Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, and delete your personal data. To exercise these rights, email us at privacy@promptmind.uk. We will respond within 30 days.

6. Cookies

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We use analytics cookies (PostHog) to understand how the product is used. You can disable analytics cookies in your browser settings.
