Frequently asked questions
What counts as a URL analysis?
Each URL you submit for analysis counts as one analysis. Re-running the same URL counts as a new analysis. Analyses reset on your monthly billing date.
Can I switch plans at any time?
Yes. You can upgrade immediately — your new plan takes effect right away and you'll be charged a prorated amount for the remainder of your billing period. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current period.
Is there a free trial for paid plans?
The Free plan lets you try PromptMind with 10 analyses at no cost. We don't currently offer a time-limited trial, but you can upgrade to a paid plan and cancel within 7 days for a full refund if you're not satisfied.
What happens when I hit my analysis limit?
You'll receive a notification when you're approaching your limit. Once you hit it, you'll be prompted to upgrade. Your saved prompts, playbooks, and history remain accessible — you just can't run new analyses until the next billing cycle or after upgrading.
Can I add more team seats to the Agency plan?
The Agency plan includes 5 team seats. If you need more, contact us at hello@promptmind.uk and we'll arrange custom pricing.
Do you offer discounts for non-profits or students?
Yes — we offer a 50% discount for registered non-profits and full-time students. Email hello@promptmind.uk with verification and we'll set up a discounted subscription.
